1. Laird Superfood Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer

Laird Superfood Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer

One of our top products is Laird Superfood Non-Dairy Coffee Creamer. This product is absolutely perfect and delicious. It will not give you the look and exact taste of dairy cream, half and a half, or one of the chemical creamers like coffee mate. However, it takes the edge off the black coffee taste and gives you a smooth luscious texture and taste.

I have been on a quest for a healthy dairy and soy-free creamer and I finally found it. Give it a chance! Yes, it clumps at first but all you have to do is mix it up with your spoon. It blends beautifully without the blender or mixer. This product is delicious and anti-inflammatory.

  • Soy free
  • Dairy Free
  • Gluten-Free
  • Plant-Based

2. Milkadamia Macadamia Milk

Milkadamia Macadamia Milk

This macadamia nut milk isn’t really a creamer, but somehow it lends some serious body to your coffee. It’s vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, and kosher. It also contains no sugar or hidden sweeteners.

The flavor is not overwhelming. It reminds me of low-fat milk in a way. Cuts back on the harshness of my strong black coffee. It blends well so far into smoothies and coffee. I haven’t had any “floaties” or sediment. Shelfable cartons are great. It’s good in hot drinks and it only contains 40 calories per cup.

This milk is so rich and smooth, with none of that “off” aftertaste that most milk alternatives have. It still isn’t dairy, so don’t go in expecting that. But that said, it is the closest I have ever come to finding a true milk replacement. This is actually enjoyable to just drink by the glass or with a meal. In particular, it’s not too thin, and it doesn’t have an overly distinctive, in-your-face kind of flavor.

It’s neutral and goes well with almost anything, which is what I always loved about cow’s milk. If you’ve been searching like me and haven’t been satisfied yet, I definitely recommend you try this stuff. I was not disappointed, and I doubt you will be either.

Pros

  • Sugar-Free
  • Dairy Free

Cons

  • Contains Phosphate
  • A bit bland for coffee and very light-watery for smoothies.

3. Nutpods Coffee Creamer – Unsweetened Non-Dairy Creamer

Nutpods Coffee Creamer - Unsweetened Non-Dairy Creamer

If you want to make your favorite coffee shop’s coffee at home, try these flavored creamers from nutpods. They’re produced with almond and coconut milk and come in four different flavors: original, caramel, French vanilla, and hazelnut.

It is a healthy alternative to powder creamer. This blends well but because they are refrigerated will make your coffee cold. You would have to use several pours to get your coffee creamy, unlike the powder which only uses 2 teaspoons. All flavors have a coconut taste.

This variety pack is smaller versions which are good to try, then the better value to buy from the store and get a bigger carton of the flavor you like. Healthy doesn’t always taste better but our health is in our hands. I like the taste but I would prefer a healthy powder instead of liquid. Yes, I will buy nut pods again!

Pros

  • Keto
  • Unsweetened
  • Dairy-Free

Cons

  • Small Size
  • Tasteless

4. Coffee-mate Italian Sweet Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer

Coffee-mate Italian Sweet Creme Liquid Coffee Creamer

Try this sugar-free version of a popular Coffeemate flavor if you want your coffee light and sweet but without sugar.

“I always have 3 or 4 flavors in the fridge but this is the only one I buy and rebuy. It has the perfect sweetness without it being too specific. Just a nice neutral flavor. I usually have a limited edition candy bar flavor on hand, some holiday flavors, hazelnut, coconut, and cinnamon are in the rotation but Italian sweet cream is the only one I always have available” a reviewer wrote.

Some reviews caution that it can be a little too sweet.

Pros

  • Sugar-Free

Cons

  • Very Sweet

Do you want to avoid dairy? Replace your half-and-half with Califia Farms’ dairy-free version. It has coconut cream and almond milk instead of milk and heavy cream.

This was a delicious alternative to coffee creamer. I used it for one. The almond milk gave it the right amount of sweetness. Made coffee wonderful tasting. This pleasantly surprised me. Great taste and was perfect in coffee. No aftertaste and was just like cream. But be warned: the flavor is rather coconut-forward, so if you’re not a fan, stay away.

Pros

  • Creamy Texture

Cons

  • Strong Coconut Flavour

6. Prymal Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer

Prymal Salted Caramel Coffee Creamer

Prymal offers a sugar-free alternative to flavored coffee creamers. It is GMO, soy, gluten, and dairy-free, and is available in powder form. There are numerous varieties available, including butter pecan, cinnamon dolce, and peppermint mocha.

The product is not dairy free. The product contains less than 2% of sodium caseinate (a milk derivative) in the MCT oil and coconut oil powders. It is free of lactose and is vegetarian but not 100% dairy free.

There is no coconut taste to this. This is by far my favorite flavor that I have tried. All of these creamers are very mild and lightly sweetened which is great for those of us that have eliminated sugar from our diet.

The product smells fantastic when you open it – the first impression is that it will be rich and creamy. The creamer blends well with a spoon. It does have a creamy texture and feels. The aftertaste reminds me of a diet soda from the 80s.

I tried cutting it with heavy cream but there is no escaping it. All this said the ingredients they use in the creamer are a MUCH healthier option for those who need to be low carb and sugar-free – This creamer won’t spike your glucose. I give this company kudos though for putting out a product with lots of thought and quality and without all that chemical junk other creamers have.

Pros

  • Soy free
  • Dairy Free
  • Many Favours

Cons

  • It can clump in coffee

7. Emulsified MCT Oil Sports Research

Emulsified MCT Oil Sports Research

Keto coffee addicts, take note! This creamer contains MCT oil, a dietary supplement derived from coconut oil. It’s a popular keto component, frequently used to make the diet’s renowned bulletproof coffee. This MCT oil is designed to dissolve in coffee better than butter or normal oil. And the creamy vanilla flavor makes it taste “wonderful,” according to one critic.

A customer review: “I’m pretty sure this is helping me produce ketones when I fast during my intermittent fasting diet. I’m performing a little experiment on myself. I haven’t cut any calories intentionally. I just kind of eat when I’m full. I have lost about 6lbs of fat and have maintained my muscle mass at exactly 142lbs. I have lost exactly 1.3% of body fat. That is 6.6lbs in 2 weeks.

I also make my first meal after my fast, full of protein and fat with 0 carbs. I then eat my carbs later and start my fast again. So probably not a keto diet but I am assuming this helps to produce ketones quickly and start burning fat after eating carbs. I’m definitely not an expert so I do not recommend this to anyone. I still feel like I have energy but my sleep quality has depreciated.”

Pros

  • Keto

Cons

  • It can clump in coffee

Conclusion

Creamers of all brands and companies have their own and different tastes with minimum or maximum flavor quantity. It will not recommend you any creamer its totally up to you which flavor you like and want to add to your daily life routine.
